Q. What warranty comes with this motorcycle?

Q. How do I know what motorcycle colours / models are readily available?
We always strive to maintain an up-to date website and retail showroom. However motorcycles regularly sell and stock quantities / colours regularly change both at Moto City and at the distributor. Simply use the email enquiry tab, or call us to see what model & colour is available. If it is not available we will respond back to you with a time frame.
Q. What is the process to buy this motorcycle on-line?
After the purchase is completed by you, a Moto City sales representative will contact you directly to discuss the required paperwork (VOSA) completion and identification requirements to complete the transaction. If you have any questions please contact us.
Q. What paperwork is required to purchase a motorcycle?
Because this is a motor vehicle we are required to generate an Offer and Sale Agreement (VOSA.) This is a standard legal document for you to prove ownership of the motorcycle/ATV. To complete this we require a driver’s license or acceptable form of identification. We will communicate with you directly to complete the VOSA. Even though the motorcycle/ATV may not be road registered we still require a form of identification.
Q. How long does it take to get a new motorcycle ready?
If the motorcycle is in our showroom, once the paperwork is completed we work towards the motorcycle being ready within 24 hours for road bikes and same day if possible on dirt bikes (depends on the time of day the paperwork is completed.) A lot depends on what extras you wish to be fitted and the time to obtain these extras. We will discuss time frames with you.
If you are collecting the motorcycle from our store we will have the motorcycle ready as discussed with you. Should the motorcycle be transported we will communicate to you the delivery times which are dependant on the carrier. We use specific motorcycle freight companies as they offer a specialised service and have a great reputation for nil damage..
